Supercal 5S – Reliable Measurement Across All Flow Ranges


Supercal 5S is a heat energy meter operating on the principle of static measurement, providing an ideal solution for both small and very large flow rates (qp 1.5–1500 m³/h). Its key component is a multifunctional calculator that can be equipped with various communication interfaces.



The detachable meter head allows for simple and cost-effective recalibration – there is no need to disassemble the entire system, as only the meter head is replaced. This avoids complicated interventions in the piping system. The Supercal 5S meter is compatible with all flow devices, simplifying design and maintenance.



Using high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials ensures measurement accuracy and long-term reliability, even after multiple calibration cycles. Sontex offers different installation lengths and material variants (e.g., nodular cast iron) according to the EN1434 standard, making the device suitable for a wide range of applications.



The Supercal 5S is complemented by a multifunctional calculator that can operate on batteries or mains power. It supports all Sontex communication modules, allowing easy integration into remote, local heating systems, or building management systems.
